Shipping & Delivery

Delivery is available exclusively within Switzerland and the Principality of Liechtenstein. Espressa GmbH collaborates with Swiss Post.

Your order is usually processed Monday to Friday until 6:00 p.m. and shipped the same day, excluding public holidays. Delivery is handled by Swiss Post.

Espressa GmbH accepts no liability for delays caused by Swiss Post (e.g. traffic, weather or delivery issues), but will assist as a mediator if necessary.

Shipping Methods

  • Economy PostPac: Delivery within 2 working days. 
  • Priority PostPac: Delivery on the next working day. 
  • Pickup: If the items are in stock, you may collect them directly from our location.
Shipping costs are CHF 9.90 for orders below CHF 79. Delivery is free for orders above this amount.

Partial Deliveries & Backorders

If an item is unavailable despite not being marked as “out of stock”, we will notify you immediately. The item will be shipped as soon as possible or refunded upon request.

Items marked as out of stock will be sent automatically at a later date according to the lead time indicated on the product page.

Espressa GmbH automatically makes partial deliveries. Any missing items will be marked as “backordered” on the delivery note or invoice and delivered free of charge.

Payment Methods

All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Price and discount changes may occur at any time.

The following payment methods are available:

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
  • Postfinance
  • Twint
  • PayPal
  • Invoice after credit check

You will automatically receive payment confirmation along with your order confirmation.

Invoice Payment

After automatic approval during checkout, the invoice will be sent by email with a 20-day payment period. Espressa GmbH reserves the right to conduct a credit check before enabling invoice payment. The invoice is automatically issued once the package has been handed over to Swiss Post. 

Payment processing is handled by Wallee, whose servers are located in Switzerland. Espressa GmbH adheres to the latest security standards.
