Producer information: Coagricsal is a co-operative with social and ecological responsibility. Founded in 1995 by 32 clover farmers in the Copàn department, it now secures the livelihood of over 1500 families. Coagricsal builds schools, roads and community centres in the region. It also promotes drinking water and reforestation projects.
