This exquisite, washed farm blend comes from the COMSA cooperative in the renowned growing region of Marcala, Honduras. At Black & Blaze, great importance is attached to transparency and fair trade, so that every sip not only benefits your palate, but also the producers.

The small roastery from Zurich was founded in 2010 by Claude Stahel, who discovered his passion for coffee during an inspiring trip. Together with his dedicated team, he passionately roasts a wide range of different coffees in Ebmatingen/Forch that meet the highest quality standards.

About Black & Blaze

Black & Blaze is a Swiss specialty coffee roastery, founded in 2010 by Claude Stahel in Ebmatingen near Zurich. The roastery works preferably with direct-trade partners and uses Rainforest Alliance-certified green coffee. Every batch is refined through gentle drum roasting — for clear, differentiated flavour profiles.
