Right of Withdrawal Instructions

For orders placed through the sales channels mentioned in Section 1, we grant a right of withdrawal. The withdrawal must be made in writing by letter post or email within 14 days of receiving the goods. The delivery date or the time of handover to Swiss Post is decisive for meeting the deadline.

By exercising the right of withdrawal, the purchase contract is converted into a return relationship. This means that the received items must be returned in full. The goods must be returned to us immediately, unused and in original packaging.

The return costs are generally borne by the customer, unless there is an error on our part. After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase price as quickly as possible. For damaged, opened or excessively worn goods, we reserve the right to make a reasonable deduction from the refund amount or to refuse a refund.

Please note: Opened or already used products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
