Right of Withdrawal

For orders placed via the sales channels specified in the Espressa Terms and Conditions – General Provisions, we grant a right of withdrawal. The withdrawal must be made in writing by postal mail or email within 14 days of receiving the goods. The date of delivery or the date of handover to Swiss Post is decisive for meeting the deadline.

By exercising the right of withdrawal, the purchase contract is converted into a return relationship. This means that all items received must be returned in full. The goods must be returned to us without delay, unused, and in their original packaging.

The return shipping costs are generally borne by the customer, unless the error is on our part. Once the return has been received and inspected, we will refund the purchase price as quickly as possible. In the case of damaged, opened, or excessively worn goods, we reserve the right to deduct an appropriate amount from the refund or to refuse reimbursement.

Please note: Opened or already used products are excluded from the right of withdrawal.
