Shipping & Delivery
Delivery is exclusively within Switzerland and to the Principality of Liechtenstein. Espressa GmbH works with Swiss Post as shipping partner.
Your order is generally processed Monday to Friday until 6:00 PM and dispatched the same day. Public holidays are excluded. Delivery is via Swiss Post.
For any delays on the part of the Post (e.g. due to traffic, weather or delivery problems), Espressa GmbH accepts no liability, but is available to mediate if required.
Shipping Methods Overview
- Economy-PostPac: Delivery within 2 working days.
- Priority-PostPac: Delivery the next working day.
- Collection: Provided the items are in stock, you can collect them directly from us on site.
Shipping costs are CHF 9.90 and are payable up to CHF 79, after which free shipping applies.
Partial Deliveries & Back Orders
Should an item not be available, even though it was not marked as “out of stock”, we will inform you immediately. The goods will be delivered as quickly as possible or fully refunded upon request.
Items marked as out of stock in the shop are automatically dispatched at a later date – according to the delivery time in days on the respective product page.
Espressa GmbH automatically carries out partial deliveries. Outstanding items are marked on the delivery note or on the delivery note/invoice as “back order” and delivered subsequently without additional shipping costs.
Payment Methods
All prices are in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include statutory VAT. Price and discount changes are reserved at all times.

- PayPal
- Invoice after credit check
Payment receipt is automatically confirmed with the order confirmation.
Payment by Invoice
Customers receive the invoice by email after automatic approval at checkout with a payment period of 20 days. Espressa GmbH reserves the right to carry out a credit check before the “Invoice” payment method is activated. Invoice dispatch is automatically triggered as soon as the parcel is handed over to the Post.
Payment processing is handled via Wallee, whose servers are operated in Switzerland. Espressa GmbH undertakes to always maintain current security standards.
