Product description
The Miscela Blu by Caffè Borbone is the classic everyday blend from Naples and represents the harmonious side of Southern Italian espresso culture – balanced, creamy and suitable for any occasion.
On the nose, the Miscela Blu is soft and round: notes of milk chocolate, caramel and roasted hazelnuts, rounded off with a subtle almond sweetness. The body is medium and velvety, acidity very moderate, aftertaste pleasantly long with a sweet touch.
The blend is a balanced mix of Arabica and Robusta beans, medium to dark roasted in the traditional Italian drum-roasting method. Intensity sits at 8 out of 13 – the balanced choice in the Borbone range.
We recommend the Miscela Blu as a classic espresso (30 ml) or as a base for milk drinks. Thanks to its creamy crema, it pairs particularly well in cappuccino and latte macchiato.
