Product description

The Ciao Venezia by Caffè Borbone is the finest aluminium capsule of the alu range and represents the elegant side of Italian espresso culture – aromatic, delicate and with a luminous soul.

On the nose, the Ciao Venezia is multi-layered and fragrant: bright notes of citrus, floral nuances and fine caramel sweetness, rounded off with an elegant fruitiness. The body is medium and smooth, acidity lively and balanced, aftertaste long with a sweet-floral finish.

The blend consists of 100% selected Arabica beans from Africa and Central America – a pure tribute to the best that the Arabica bean has to offer. The official Borbone profile: body 6/10, intensity 6/10, sweetness 8/10 – the most aromatic and delicate choice of the alu range.

We recommend the Ciao Venezia as an espresso lungo (40 ml) or classic espresso pure. Its refined profile develops best without milk – coffee for mindful, aromatic enjoyment.
