Product description

The Miscela Nera by Caffè Borbone is the powerful blend from Naples and represents the intense side of Southern Italian espresso culture – energising, expressive and with a long finish.

On the nose, the Miscela Nera is intense and deep: dominant notes of dark chocolate, roasted nuts and a hint of spice. The body is full and powerful, acidity low, aftertaste pronounced and long-persistent – like an authentic Neapolitan bar espresso.

The blend is a carefully composed mix of Arabica and Robusta beans, dark-roasted in the traditional Italian drum-roasting method. Intensity sits at 10 out of 13 – the strong choice in the Borbone range, between the balanced Blu and the Robusta Red.

We recommend the Miscela Nera as a classic espresso (30 ml) or ristretto (25 ml) for the perfect energy boost. Its powerful base also works well for bold milk drinks.
