About Gimoka

Gimoka was founded in 1982 by Ivan Padelli in Lecco, Lombardy. What started as a small family roastery grew within a few years into one of Italy’s leading coffee companies. Production was expanded as early as 1987, followed by a move to Andalo Valtellino in 1990.
