The barista blend is based on Colombian Arabica with a dash of Robusta. Suitable for the perfect espresso, this coffee impresses with its long-lasting, strong taste. But you will also be delighted by the wonderful crema in the cup, which will make the hearts of latte art lovers beat faster.
About Küng Kaffee
Küng Kaffee has been roasting in Winterthur since 1920 — founded by Hans Küng and Josef Marti as a coffee and essence factory in the Grüze quarter. In 1952 the operation was converted into a large-scale roastery. Since 2021, Sabrina and Jocelyne Küng have run the company in the fourth generation.
Roasting still takes place at the historic site near Bahnhof Grüze. The blends stand out through careful green coffee selection and traditional roasting methods — Swiss coffee craftsmanship with over 100 years of experience. At Espressa, we carry selected Küng blends in whole beans for espresso and caffè crème.
