The Lavazza A Modo Mio DEK Cremoso capsules embody Italian mastery in gentle decaffeination, where the complete aroma profile of high-quality Arabica beans remains completely preserved. This decaffeinated premium preparation delivers maximum enjoyment without caffeine.
In taste, this espresso convinces with a full-bodied character and delicate sweet notes of roasted almonds. The medium roast develops fruity and nutty aromas that combine into a harmonious, velvety taste experience. The aftertaste remains pleasantly long and soft with a delicate sweetness.
The selected 100% Arabica beans originate from the highlands of South America and are roasted according to traditional Italian methods. Lavazza's patented decaffeination process preserves the characteristic properties of the origin region and ensures completely caffeine-free enjoyment without aroma loss.
As a short espresso (40ml), the DEK Cremoso optimally unfolds its full flavour depth. For cappuccino lovers, it forms an excellent base with its creamy texture and balanced roasting aromas. The ideal drinking temperature is 65-70°C for pure espresso enjoyment.

About Lavazza A modo Mio
Lavazza A Modo Mio — Italian for "my way" — is Lavazza's home capsule system, introduced in 2007 by the Turin-based family company with over 130 years of roasting experience. Each capsule contains approximately 7.5 grams of freshly ground coffee, individually sealed in a protective atmosphere. The machines operate at up to 15 bar brewing pressure, extracting coffee with the crema and intensity of an Italian bar espresso. All A Modo Mio capsules are now industrially compostable — TÜV Austria certified to EN 13432, with a decomposition time of 90 days. The current machine generation, such as the Jolie Evo, uses up to 36% recycled plastic and plastic-free packaging.
The range extends from intense espresso blends to lungo options and the Tierra! line, which is produced CO2-neutral and supports sustainability projects in growing regions.
