Amabile reveals a harmonious flavour profile with notes of dark chocolate and toasted hazelnuts, complemented by subtle caramel undertones. The full-bodied texture creates a creamy mouthfeel, while the balanced acidity ensures a smooth drinking experience. The finish is pleasantly long with lingering notes of cocoa and a hint of vanilla sweetness.
This sophisticated blend combines carefully selected Arabica beans from Central America and Brazil with robust Robusta from Southeast Asia. The traditional Italian roasting process develops the beans to a medium-dark profile, creating the perfect balance between aromatic complexity and body strength that characterises premium lungo coffee.
We recommend extracting these capsules as a classic lungo (110ml) to fully appreciate the extended flavour development. The optimal serving temperature is 65-70°C, allowing the aromatic compounds to unfold completely. This blend also performs excellently in milk-based drinks, providing a strong coffee foundation for cappuccinos and lattes.

The family company, rooted in Turin since 1895, developed BLUE as a closed capsule system specifically for the demanding office and hospitality sectors. Each capsule is individually sealed, protecting the ground coffee from air, light and moisture — delivering barista quality at the touch of a button. The system operates at up to 15 bar pressure with approximately 8 grams of coffee per capsule, considerably more than conventional home systems.
